A Name for the Building: Glazer Music Performance Center

The name for the new building was announced April 10 at a ceremonial event: The Jane and Laurence Glazer Music Performance Center, supported by the three Glazer children in memory of their parents.

Students, employees, and dignitaries ceremonially dig at the site.

This week brings more progress on the foundations and masonry walls.

For the next several weeks we will be working on these bearing walls in preparation of the steel erection, scheduled for June.

Official Groundbreaking Ceremony Monday, 4/10/17

Join us to celebrate!

You're invited to the official, public groundbreaking for Nazareth College's new music performance center on Monday, 4/10/17:

• Park by the Arts Center, Lot A. Valet parking will be available.
• Come to Wilmot Recital Hall (at the east end of the Nazareth College Arts Center) for the ceremony from 11 to 11:45 a.m., including remarks by President Daan Braveman, Board of Trustees Chairperson Sergio Esteban, and other special guests.
• Hear what the new music performance center will be named.
• A reception with light refreshments and entertainment by Nazareth music students follows from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
